Grid Connected Solar Power System

Whenever the sun shines (and even in overcast weather), the solar cells generate electricity. The grid connect inverter converts the DC electricity produced by the solar panels into AC electricity,

which can then be used by the property/household. If a grid connects system is producing more power than is being consumed, the surplus is fed into the mains power grid. Some electricity companies will meter the electricity fed into the grid by your system and provide a credit on your bill. When the solar cells are not producing power, for example at night, your power is supplied by the mains power grid as usual. The energy retailer charges the usual rate for the power used.

Off-grid power systems supply electricity to properties that are not connected to the public electricity network. These systems are often referred to as “stand-alone power systems” (SAPS), or “remote area power systems” (RAPS). These systems are independent power stations capable of powering a wide range of applications with dependable and reliable electricity that is no different to that supplied by the national electricity grid. IIAN TECH is the only stand-alone solar power system professionals in Korea.

Solar Water Pumps

A solar water pump has a mini powerhouse at its heart and consists of a calibrated and matching uytdfdsolar array of modules tuned with the equivalent power of pump for that particular application. The solar water pumping system is capable of running all types of electrical water pumps with applications varying from irrigation to household demands. Irrigation pumps such as submersible, surface or deep well can also be coupled with drip irrigation systems to enhance the returns from this configuration.

A typical solar water pumping system is known by the sum total of solar array size that is required to uytfyurun the attached pump. A 1000 Wp solar water pump is capable of drawing and pumping approximately 40,000 liters of water per day from a source that is up to 10 meters deep. This is sufficient to irrigate about 2 acres of land with regular crops.

Reliable and clean water supply is an essential need but a large number of people currently lack this basic provision. Solar water pumps are a socially and environmentally technology to supply water.

Grid Tied Solar Systems

Grid-tied solar systems are also popular as grid intertie and grid back feeding in markets. Whichever name they are referred with, they all serve the same purpose. It’s basically a solar energy plan that is connected to the utility power grid.

One can avail several advantages of their installation. As they are not only money-saving techniques but the utility grid acts as a virtual battery.

A standard Grid-tied solar System makes use of two main components; Grid Tie Inverters (GTI) or Micro Inverters, and Power Meters.

Off-Grid Solar Systems

There are two main reasons as to why they are preferred over the Grid-Tied solar systems; firstly they are cheaper than the Grid-Tied systems as there is no access to the utility grids, and secondly power failures on the utility grid do not affect Off-Grid solar systems.

Larger stand-alone PV systems are called Solar Residential Systems (SRS). They usually provide electricity to large individual installations like hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, mine, telecom etc. and offer a wide range of applicable loads. They generally include an inverter allowing the use of AC loads. The use of AC power has certain advantages, but should be primarily reserved for larger systems and/or if the loads needed can only be operated with AC power (e.g. larger working instruments and machines). With a typical range from 500W to 300kW output power, SHS usually integrate 12V and 24V battery voltage, even if bigger systems work with higher voltage (48V).

이 시스템은 전원이 공급되지 않는 곳, 정전이 있는 곳에서 사용하는 태양광 가정용 전원 공급 시스템 입니다.

그렇게 저렴하게 만들었는데도, 더 저렴하기를 원하여, 새로운 모델이 등장을 했습니다.  배터리를 외장하도록 하여, 가정에서 자유롭게 확장 사용할 수 있도록 설계를 했습니다. 이보다 작은 시스템은 레져용으로 밖에 사용할 수 없을 것입니다. 이 시스템은 조명과, 간단한 AC의 사용(컴퓨터, 팬 등) 그리고 레져용으로도 사용할 수 있도록 만들었습니다. 이 시스템은 인도네시아와 캄보디아 , 요르단 협력업체를 위하여 특별히 설계된 것입니다.

 Hybrid power systems are designed for the generation of electrical power. They are generally independent of large centralized electric grids and are used in remote areas. Hybrid systems by definition contain a number of power generation devices such as wind turbines, photovoltaic, micro-hydro and/or fossil fuel generators. Hybrid power systems range from small systems designed for one or several homes to very large ones for remote island grids or large communities.


Hybrid power systems are seen as a way to provide power to the many remote communities in the developing world where the costs for large scale expansion of electrical grids is prohibitive and the transportation costs of diesel fuel are also very high.
